We are so excited to continue our conversations with y’all. As a group, this next session will focus on what kind of Filipino men we want to be—hope to be—and what may have to change in our communities to have better futures of Filipino masculinity. Please we would love to invite and be in community with familiar and new faces! We would love to hear how life has been treating each y’all. So please, tell your homies quick! But, if they can’t make it to this, we’ll catch them at the next. We at Brokada believe that individual healing as men must start as a collective practice that starts with storytelling and learning from and with other men. What does support like as Filipino men together? Let’s find out. We are a free healing circle with an emphasis on Filipinx-men’s identities, yet, we appreciate and welcome all folks regardless of identities in our learning environment. If you’re interested, want to explore what community support of FilAm men looks like, and seek to find shared understanding amongst the grief in the world, Have questions? We want to listen to you in our direct messages. Ingat kayo always🤎 #brownboyfuturities #brokadahealingcollective #fmhi #fmhisf #amadokhayainitiative #aki #brokada #brokadacircle |
